Cancellation and Refund Policy

for ThinkRoman Academy

1. POLICY OVERVIEW:

This Cancellation and Refund Policy is applicable to all courses and services offered by ThinkRoman Academy, an online educational platform under ThinkRoman Ventures LLP.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Course Enrollment: Students have the right to cancel their enrollment in a course within 7 days of the initial registration. Cancellations beyond this period may not be accepted and are subject to review.
• Scheduled Classes: To cancel a scheduled class, a minimum notice of 24 hours is required. Failing to provide this notice may result in the class being counted as attended.

3. REFUND POLICY:

• Full Refund: Full refunds are available for cancellations within the 7-day grace period from enrollment.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations after the 7-day period but before course commencement may be eligible for a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
• No Refund: No refunds are provided once the course has started.

4. PROCESSING OF REFUNDS:

• Refunds are processed within 14 business days of a confirmed cancellation.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during enrollment.
